Individual and School accounts are disabled for various reasons, including: lack of use, reported fraud, a school, district or region request.
If your account has been disabled contact your school administrator immediately. If this does not resolve the issue contact the PASS Program at: 559-265-4007
If you do not remember your security question and/or answer and can login to Cyber High, navigate to the Preferences page and select a new Security Question and enter an appropriate response in the Security Answer field.
Be sure to save your changes by clicking on the Save Preferences button.
If you are logged out while taking an exam you will have the opportunity to complete the exam at your next login. If more than 15 minutes has elapsed since the last question answered you will be required to obtain teacher approval to resume the exam.
